The markets are looking good again 🟢, with Bitcoin breaking above $44,000 for the first time since January 12, the day after the spot ETF debuted. Many believe that part of the rally is due to the validation of whales 🐳, as Bitcoin addresses holding over 1,000 BTC have grown significantly over the past two weeks!

This week, I've been learning about a new type of hardware wallet that introduces a fresh take on security.
The product is called Cypherock X1, a hardware wallet that splits the private key using MPC technology (Multi-Party Computation) into five elements: one in the device itself and the other four into cryptographically secured NFC cards. This means there's no single point of failure like with seed phrases. I quite like this innovative approach of applying MPC in the physical world, allowing for the geographical distribution of your keys for enhanced decentralization and security. Also, it's quite easy to use; with just one 'tap' of any of the cards on the device, a transaction is approved!

🎬 Movie I enjoyed
While I'm on parental leave, I had some "time off" this week to watch more content than usual. We watched 'Society of the Snow,' a movie centered around the 1972 Uruguayan Andes flight disaster. It is an adaptation of Pablo Vierci's book of the same name, documenting the accounts of all 16 survivors of the crash. I was impressed by how those people survived for 72 days in the middle of the Andes! ⛰️
📺 TV Show I’m enjoying
My wife and I got hooked on 'Welcome to Wrexham.' It's a TV documentary series about Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney buying a struggling football club in a lower division in Wales, called Wrexham, and as new owners, trying to take it to the upper leagues. Quite entertaining since it's based on real-life events!
